  • Amiri Flight for Oracle ERP Implementation

    Amiri Flight is a private VVIP airline owned by the Amiri Diwan that operates exclusively for the Royal Family and high ranked government staff of the State of Qatar.

    Amiri Flight partnered with Mannai COS in January 2009 to migrate their IT applications from the blanket of Qatar Airways and function as an independent body under 'The Amiri Diwan'. Impressed by the quality of service provided by Mannai COS for the initial Oracle ERP migration and the follow on support, Mannai was awarded a contract for exclusive IT Applications Management and strategic partner for all IT Application needs.

    Amiri Flight wanted to implement Oracle HR & Payroll modules in addition to their implemented stack of Financials and Supply-Chain modules. The intent was to streamline and standardize their HR business policies and practices, and ensure a single ERP platform to avoid maintenance overheads. The major challenge they have faced in their existing interim solution was its inflexibility in terms of occasional changes in employee related policies and processes, and integration related overheads with Oracle Financials.

    Given the company's decade long experience in Oracle ERP implementations within Qatar and across the world, Mannai COS was awarded the contract for Oracle HR/Payroll implementation. The implementation started in October 2010 with the intent to go-live from the new financial year starting April 2011.

    The sincerity, dedication and hard work demonstrated by Mannai's team in conjunction with key users from Amiri Flight team ensured that the final solution was delivered on time to meet the expectations of Amiri Flight.

  • Qatar Luxury Group for Oracle R12 Implementation

    Qatar Luxury Group (QLG), a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation is live on Oracle Applications R12.1.3 for Financials and Purchasing modules for all of its 5 legal-entities. This project was executed in partnership with Meeza. QLG's long term vision is to leave behind brands like "Louis Vuitton" in global fashion arena and they are currently vying to be the top fashion brand from the region.

  • Qatar Petroleum International for Website Launch

    Qatar Petroleum International (QPI) is an investment arm of the reputed state owned energy company Qatar Petroleum (QP). By setting its sights on exploring, discovering and capitalizing on investment opportunities, and more recently, acquisitions, QPI is strategically aligning itself with major energy players worldwide.

    Mannai team did a successful implementation of QPI website in SharePoint and the website went live in the first week of April 2011.

    The website plays pivotal role in providing information about QPI as an organization. Oil and gas being one of the prominent business sector globally and Qatar being a strategic player in this domain under the patronage of Qatar Petroleum – their international investing arm QPI is having huge stake on global engagements. The website allows QPI's businesses to break through the geographical barriers and become accessible, virtually, from any country in the world by potential customers that has interest in international investment in oil and gas sector.

  • Qatar National Bank for Corporate Portal Launch

    Qatar National Bank (QNB) is the country's first State-owned commercial bank, having an ownership structure split between the Qatar Investment Authority (50%) and the private sector (50%). QNB has steadily grown to be among the largest banks in the region and is by far the leading financial institution in the country, with a market share approaching 40% of banking sector assets. QNB has the largest distribution network in Qatar, comprising 44 branches and offices (including 3 mobile branches), in addition to 12 Islamic branches and offices operated by QNB Al Islami, and more than 160 ATMs.

    QNB wanted to have a robust system for the corporate cash management system.

    Mannai has proposed to implement Polaris's intellect suite product that suits the customer requirement. The below mentioned products have been implemented as part of corporate cash management system for QNB.

    Intellect Corporate Portal: A unique Internet based solution module to provide the facility to the corporate users of the Bank to carry out banking transactions in a secure environment.

    Intellect Payments Processor: A state-of-the-art system catering to the bank's requirement to process corporate payments including a unique bulk upload tool used for processing the bulk file uploads from the corporate portal before getting released to the Intellect Payments Processor.

    The project started during November'09 and was released for system integration testing on July'10. After successful completion of SIT and UAT, the product was moved to production on 1st January 2011 as soft launch mode. Gradually QNB added more customers and currently over 300+ corporate customers are using the portal.

  • The Office of Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned for
    Oracle E-Business Suite R12

    Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned is the Consort of His Highness the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. A public figure with significant responsibilities, Her Highness shares the Emir's vision to make Qatar a prosperous, developed and sustainable society. She has been instrumental in setting up centers of excellence to enhance opportunities for the people of Qatar and to build the nation's resources in regard to education, science, community development, health and other areas. Information technology ("IT") at Office of Her Highness is envisioned to be a key enabler of quality service throughout the operations.

    Mannai has been awarded a large Enterprise Resource Planning contract from "The Office of Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned (HHO)". The contract will cover the end-to-end implementation of Oracle E-Biz Suite R12, which would streamline the various business processes of HHO's different departments and provide real time MIS abilities to give the management better decision-making. The implementation of Oracle's comprehensive product suite will specifically help strengthen the Financial, Supply chain, HR, Payroll and Asset Management functionalities of the organization.

  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Oracle E-Business Suite R12

    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) plays a major role in bolstering relations between the State of Qatar and other countries at the regional, Arabic and Islamic levels through its different departments. The Qatar's foreign policy is based on firm principles of establishing peace, security, stability and recognizing the resolutions of the United Nations right to self-determination.

    The Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) will provide the Ministry with an ideal platform to streamline processes of its various departments, maximise visibility and enable better control of information and data to support real-time and accurate decision-making across all functioning divisions. The E-Business Suite applications that the Ministry will operate, include Oracle HRMS and Oracle Financials.

    Mannai will lead the implementation phase and also provide post implementation maintenance, training and support required to run the product.

  • International Centre for Sport Security for Intranet Portal and DMS

    The International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS) is an international non-profit organisation based in Doha aiming to help event organisers, governments and international sport institutions to develop safe sporting events. The ICSS fulfils these objectives through research, training and consultancy activities. The ICSS is headed up by Helmut Spahn, formerly the Chief Security Officer for the German Football Association. The mission of ICSS is to enhance security and safety in the world of sports by proactively addressing real issues and providing best-in-class training, research, and tailored advisory in sports security aspects.

    Mannai won the project for thedevelopment and implementation of an intranet/extranet portal with document management system for ICSS. The extranet of the application will be used by various high profile organization members including FIFA, European League Football Association etc.

  • DLALA Group for Website Maintenance and Support

  • Qatar Fertilizer Company for Fatwire Content Server

    QAFCO is one of the leading producers of Ammonia & Urea in the world, utilizing Qatar's abundant gas resources. Through scientific strategic plans and integration of the latest technologies QAFCO has steadily developed themselves in nameplate capacity, production quantities, quality and competitiveness of products. Accordingly they have become one of the main producers and exporters of ammonia and urea in the world. They have emerged as the world's largest single site producer of urea and ammonia with an annual production capacity of 2 million tons of ammonia and 2 million tons of urea.

    Mannai has won a license deal along with the Setup and Installation for Fatwire Content Server which is one of the content management and delivery solutions to run natively on the industry's leading J2EE application servers, including IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, and iPlanet Application Server. FatWire Content Server relies on an asset-based model of content management that strictly separates content from format, making it possible for business users to author once, and present anywhere-to the web, to a PDA or phone, or to any other destination systems where enterprise content may be put to good use.

  • College of the North Atlantic Qatar for Facilities Management

    College of the North Atlantic Qatar (CNAQ) is Qatar's premier comprehensive technical college. It is one of Qatar's largest post-secondary institutions with 400+ faculty, 2300+ students and 400+ alumni. Its syllabus combines a Canadian curriculum and industry expertise in 4 program areas namely:

  • Mannai announces launch of Oracle Exadata Specialization Practice

    Being a preeminent Technology and infrastructure services company and a Platinum member of the Oracle Partner Network (OPN), Mannai has recently announced the launch of Oracle Exadata Specialization practice.
