- Minimum of 3+ years experience in the similar roles.
- Should have done multiple Enterprise Level Architecture of MS Dynamics CRM system.
- Needs to have training/work done on MS Dynamics CRM 4.0.
- Experience in architecting CRM solutions for large enterprise would be an added advantage.
- Should have strong fundamentals on Business Process mapping and Gap Analysis.
