Profile:

Candidate will be responsible for multi project management, scoping, scheduling, coordinating, quality management, delivering and costing. He/she will be Responsible for process identification, improvements, team mentoring and implementation of best practices.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Program / Project Management.
- Have strong functional, cross functional team management, interpersonal, leadership & communication skills, excellent client facing and multitasking skills, preferably have PMP certification.
- Have thorough understanding of SDLC and quality standards.
- Capability to lead and manage multiple projects.
- Effectively plan, schedule and monitor the assigned projects.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely preparation of detailed SRS, project management and implementation.
- Should have strong hold on any of the following technical skill set.
- Oracle (PL/SQL, D2K)
- Java (Core Java/J2EE etc)
