Job Title: Process Coordinator- (COM2009)

    Qualification:


  • Graduate (Preferably B.Com) with Computer studies.

    Work Experience:
  • At least 2- 3 years of experience in handling commercial/accounting jobs, preferably in IT (Software) industry. Preference will be given to candidates who have Gulf experience and can obtain a NOC from the sponsor. Familiar with the Commercial terms and Office Admin jobs, review of RFPs and create proposals for all tenders, preparation of agreements/contract documents. Preparation of customer invoices. Dealing with the customers as and when required for payment follow-ups. Well versed with accounting background.

  • Role Requirement:
  • Assist the section manager for all the commercial aspects of the software division.
  • Preparation of MIS reports for management.
  • Coordination with the Finance department.
  • Preference will be given to male candidate.

  • Should be ready and fast learner
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Ready to extend work hours, if needed.
  • Pleasing, challenging, hardworking, team player, self starter.
