Profile:
- Candidate will be responsible for multi project management, scope, scheduling, coordination, quality, delivery and costs relating to Oracle e-Business Suite (Versions 11i, R12) Projects. Responsible for process identification, improvements, team mentoring and best practices.
- Ready and willing to work in projects located in other geographies (Arabian Gulf, Middle East & Africa).
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Program / Project Management in Oracle e-Business Suite & related technologies
- Have strong functional, cross functional team management, interpersonal, leadership & communication skills, excellent client facing and multitasking skills, preferably have PMP certification
- Experience in implementing 3-large ERP end-to-end projects in the capacity of a Project Manager
- Capability to lead and manage multiple projects
- Effectively plan, schedule and monitor the assigned projects
- Understand customer requirements and ensure entire familiarity with AIM documentation
- Coordinating with different internal and external units to effectively deliver Project Management duties and successful completion of project tasks Responsibilities
- Manages complex hardware and software implementations to meet budget, schedule and quality goals
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment
- Expected to have fluency at least in Financials or SCM based modules
- Updated with technology trends, industry standards and terminologies
- Participated actively in Pre-Sales (Estimation, demonstration, making POC etc.)
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Excellent Team playerAbility to work under pressure
Education Needed:
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Engineering/ Information Technology/Business Management, Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP)
