Profile:
- In-depth knowledge of Project management methodologies and practices – Scoping, Planning, Budgeting, Execution, Control, Closure
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- In-depth knowledge of Database design / application systems.
- Good knowledge of business processes and practices and accounting.
- Skills for presentations, demonstrations, analyses etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle database & application development environment is desirable.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in I.T. Project Management,
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SDLC.
- Have strong functional, cross functional team management, interpersonal, leadership & communication skills, excellent client facing and multitasking skills.
- Capability to lead and manage multiple projects
- Effectively plan, schedule and monitor the assigned projects
- Understand customer requirements and document requirements, gaps etc.
- Coordinating with different internal and external units to effectively deliver Project Management duties and successful completion of project tasks Responsibilities
- Manages complex hardware and software implementations to meet budget, schedule and quality goals
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment
- Updated with technology trends, industry standards and terminologies
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Excellent Team player
Education Needed:
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Engineering/ Information Technology/Business Management
- Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP)
