Profile:
- The candidate shall have strong relevant experience in an HR environment with office / administrative experience.

Key Accountabilities
- Develops, communicates and enforces firm and office standards.
- Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented and high performance culture.
- Organizes recruiting and staffing logistics.
- Manages all aspects of employee benefits including administrative, legal, and financial issues.
- Providing consistent and accurate payroll, benefits, and other general and administrative support.
- Personnel file management.
- Plans and schedules meetings, organizes and maintains paper and electronic files.
- Responsible for writing and typing letters, proclamations and e-mails in Arabic & in English.
- Coordinates staff and guest travel arrangements and logistics including accommodation and issuing of travel permits.
- Supervises and handles other clerical staff.
- Purchases, organizes, and maintains office inventory and administrates office petty cash.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related areas with 2+ years of experience.
- Possess strong organizational skills, detail oriented, computer proficient with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates must have:
- English language proficiency.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both technical and non-technical language
- Understanding of project management skills such as scheduling, risk management, cost/effort estimation etc.
Flexibility (ability to meet the needs of the organization on a real-time basis and work evenings and weekends, when and if required)
