We are currently looking for a Consultant with Open Text experience to join our growing team. The consultant will be responsible in responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP related to Open Text technologies, and other related products as well as winning orders in license / services and ensuring the sales revenue in line with targets
Profile:
- 5+ years of IT experience working with Enterprise Content Management solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales consulting & design solutions
- Review and develop RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, Develop, design and build solutions for large, diversified client base
- Conduct/document pre-sales meetings to understand the business/technical requirements of our clients
- Assist in developing the business case and value propositions
- Sell the value of related technology to executive decision makers
- Responding to any technical questions/issues that may arise throughout the sales cycle
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions quickly and effectively
- Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated account list
- Carries a sales quota and works towards annually agreed goals and objectives with quarterly measurement
- Responsible for building sales pipeline to include prospecting of new accounts
- Manage and close sales opportunities through opportunity management, resource allocation, account strategy and planning, and forecasting
- Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to the related technologies accounts
- Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting, and qualifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support
- Leverages the sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share
- Updated with technology trends, industry standards and terminologies as well as competitors
- Continues development of sales and technical skills
- A passion for technology and ability to relate technology to business
- Well versed with onshore and offshore processes
- Adapts a leadership style to fit different situations, and focuses individual and group energies on appropriate key objectives
- Inspires others to achieve a shared vision
- Aggressive self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills

- Good at handling / overcoming prospect objections

- Ready and willing to work in projects located in other geographies (Arabian Gulf, Middle East & Africa)
Skills Required:
- Experience with ECM technology
- Open Text Certified Professional
Education Needed:
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Engineering/Information Technology
