Profile:
- Candidates should have at least 8-10 years of experience in selling technology products and services in GCC and Africa preferably with exposure to at least two domains from the below listÂ
- ERP's/CRM's/BI
- Technology like Microsoft, J2EE, Mobile, Middleware etc
- Enterprise Content Management
- Minimum experience of 5 years as a Sales Head
- Experience in driving sales worth more than USD 5 million on an annual basis
- Exploring new markets/geographies and preparing a market penetrating strategy
- Experience in preparing sales strategy and plan and in proactively generating demand, leads etc.
- Experience in identifying and developing partnership with local partners/players to drive growth
- Experience in working with Technology Vendors in tapping opportunities
Skills Required:
- Ability to lead and drive a team of sales managers/representatives
- Ability to work in a multi cultural and ethnically diverse team
- Driving aggressive sales target and revenue growth
- Negotiation skills
- Strong communication and inter personal skills; ability to engage senior management executives
Education Needed:
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Engineering and/or Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Language Skills:
- English and
- Arabic (not mandatory but preferred)
